I am writing with regard to the outstanding manner in which your firm handled my case. In this day and time when customer service is virtually null and void, I have to say that I received the red carpet treatment from start to finish. The two attorneys that handled my case were Nick Bontrager and Tom Martin. They never made me fell as if I was bothering them (and I called them a lot!!!)
