As far as my satisfaction with your company...........I can't tell you how relieved I am that this is almost over.......

Yes.....there are other firms..........BUT.......no one holds a candle to yours............and your company was the only one who was willing to help me........as the others shrugged me off as a Peon situation.....................(which it is)............I know that..........

BUT.........THE KEY IS YOU, KIM AND YOUR FIRM NEVER TREATED "ME" OR MY SITUATION.........AS A NO-BODY.... And I am so thankful I found you........

And.......look how fast you made them respond.......if you go on-line to all the poor soul who have garbage pending with Wachovia......I am very impressed that it's only been only 6months............And now I will be able to move on with my life...........

As far as any info regarding this matter..........I would like to have documentation for my records.......not tons of it......just what ever gives me evidence that this is truly over with..........and for them to leave me alone........

I read all your notes...........SO..........What ever I need to do.....just let me know........and I'll get it back to you immediately.......
