You guys have helped me out so much in 2010

You guys have helped me out so much in 2010 and it's always with a happy ending. You treat me as an individual and not just another case, which keeps me coming back to you if I am ever in need. Not very many firms with such a large client base would give such individual treatment as you all do.

Nick- You sir are a phenomenal attorney. I feel I am represented by the best in the country every time I give you guys a new case. I've never put my toe in the courtroom door and generally things are settled within a couple months (even a couple weeks at times). I recommend you to anybody I know who has been in the difficult situations I have. Many are scared, but I assure them that if they contact you the difficulties will soon be gone. I will continue to use Krohn & Moss to handle my cases (unless you leave the firm of course...then just tell me where you went!) I thank you so much for what you do.

Karen- You are always so quick and friendly to responding to my calls or e-mails and always willing to hear a new case. You were the first individual I ever had contact with at Krohn and Moss and it's been nothing but a pleasure. I remember filling out the form on your website and getting a call from you to discuss this less than 5 minutes after I clicked the submit button. That says a lot about you.

Imma- Always on top of things when it comes to the releases and such. You're more than accommodating to my requests to confirm receipt of faxes or e-mails. And you put up with me being a pain in the butt at times when I called to see where the funds were at. I appreciate all you do for me, and I appreciate you putting up with me as well.
